Each capsule contains: Calcium (60.00 mg), Vitamin B6 (9.50 mg from Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate), Vitamin B6 (9.50 mg from Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Magnesium (2.50 mg), Zinc (3.50 mg from Zinc Gluconate), Zinc (2.50 mg from Zinc Methionine), Zinc (2.50 mg, from Zinc Glycinate), Zinc (2.50 mg, from Zinc Picolinate), Manganese (1.80 mg), Biotin (22.00.0 mcg), Chromium (125.0 mcg), Molybdenum (100.0 mcg), Taurine (21.00 mg), Bamboo Silica (7.00 mg), Boron (1.00 mg).
Directions for use: Recommended daily dosage: 1 capsule per day as directed by your Health Care Practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage unless advised by a licensed physician. Not recommended after 3 pm as it may affect sleep. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
Storage: Store in a cool (15-25°C), well ventilated, dry place out of the reach of children and away from direct sunlight. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
