Ginkgo Tea

Ginkgo is the oldest still-living tree species on earth. It can live for thousands of years and survive extreme conditions. It is thought that Gingko’s resilience is due to the unusual compounds it manufactures.

This ginkgo can be made into a refreshing tea, there are two choices, loose tea or tea bags.

50g is quite a lot of leaves and can make about 15 cups of tea. Boil up the leaves in water for about 5 minutes to make a tea. Alternatively, make an infusion which is really a strong tea.  Here Susun Weed explains how.
