No artificial colours, preservatives, sweeteners or fillers.
Adults intake one (1) teaspoon per day, followed with an 8oz glass of water, then slowly increase to one (1) tablespoon or more a day.
E3Live can be consumed undiluted or mixed with juice or pure water.
Ensure that you drink plentiful amounts of water every day.
Keep frozen until ready to use, then place E3Live in the refrigerator to partially defrost. For immediate defrost, place in cool water for 15 minutes. Pour off the thawed portion (enough for a seven day supply). Place remainder of bottle back in the freezer until ready to defrost once more.
Each iced cube of E3Live can be defrosted daily or as needed.
Shelf life in a refrigerator is 7 to 10 days.
When defrosted, E3Live must be kept cold and refrigerated at all times to prevent spoilage and maintain freshness.
When travelling without refrigeration facilities a superior grade of powdered or encapsulated freeze-dried E3Live is available.
