How is it taken?
Daily internal use.
The recommended maintenance dose for people without health problems is 1-3 teaspoons / day in the morning. For sick and weak / sensitive people, a dose of 4-6 teaspoons / day is recommended in the morning. The nutritional properties of dry pollen are absorbed by the body best when it is hydrated, about 20-30 minutes after water, fresh juice or yogurt. Speak to a physician with apiphytotherapy knowledge to understand specific therapeutic doses. Store the pollen in the refrigerator or in a cool place, away from light and heat. Because it loses its nutrition over time, consume the pollen within 6-12 months after opening. Warning: Test for possible allergic reactions by using small amounts of pollen at first use (1 teaspoon) and increase the dose slowly. Although some sources claim that pollen is not recommended for allergic people, pollen often helps the body stop allergic reactions, most of the time being recommended as an antiallergic drug by professionals. People suffering from obesity, hypercholesterolaemia or hypertriglyceridaemia should be watched carefully by medical professionals. Avoid giving pollen to those who suffer from any form of excitability or hormonal imbalances.
