Shipping

 

We endeavour to despatch your orders as quickly as possible, normally within one or two working days.

However, in the current situation, there can be unavoidable delays. Please feel free to contact us to check shipping times for the items you want to order.

You can see what you will be charged for shipping before you confirm your order.  We keep our shipping charges as reasonable as we can whilst covering packaging and postage costs.

UK orders

Unless otherwise stated,  there is a flat rate of £4.45 for UK orders, with free shipping for orders of £100 or more.

We use Royal Mail first class or courier. Some orders require a signature so please make sure you can arrange to be there or to pick them up from a delivery office. In the case of frozen products such as E3 Live someone has to be available to sign for them unless you give express permission with your order or by email for us to leave your package in a safe place. We recommend that frozen items are left in a safe place for as short a time as possible so that they retain their freshness. Please contact us if you have any questions about this.

International orders

The flat rate for international orders is £13.95.

International orders generally go by Royal Mail or by courier. Please note that some items such as frozen products cannot be shipped outside the UK as the transit time is too long.  Please be aware of customs regulations in your country for anything you purchase from us as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in this way.

Delivery to Western Europe should take approximately 3 working days and for the rest of the world 5 working days from dispatch, but can take much longer especially if your item needs to clear customs.

 

Receiving your Goods.

If you do not receive your package within 7 days, please contact us. Often your package will be at the local Royal Mail delivery office awaiting collection. If the package is returned to us there will be a charge for re-delivery.
