A caffeine free alternative to coffee and tea.

Brews a red pink tea. Use 1-3 teaspoons per cup, more for a real cerebral workout. Steep for 10-15 minutes, if steeped longer the tea becomes strongly astringent. Mixing it with rooibos tea is quite delicious. It can be drunk with or without milk – if using milk raw is better. This rhodiola root has been cultivated without chemicals.

Store in a cool dry place. Keep airtight.
