Mucuna pruriens is a traditionally used herb from the Americas and is also grown in Asia and Africa. Its other names are Kapkachhu and Velvet Bean. Kapikachhu can be used as a culinary ingredient, for example in smoothies and elixirs.
Use approximately 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per serving.
Store in a cool dry place. Keep airtight.
