Camu-Camu Powder 100g



Camu camu can be blended into desserts, drinks and smoothies, also savoury recipes such as pates, sauces and raw soups. It is invaluable in winter when high quality organic fresh fruit is in less abundance. Suggested use is about 1/4 teaspoon in a recipe. It’s sour taste enhances dishes in small quantities in much the same way as lemon juice does. Camu camu berries grow on a bush that grows in swampy and flooded areas of the Amazon. It is not cut with anything and has a strong sour-bitter flavour.

Use approximately 1 teaspoon per serving.
