What properties does the propolis have?
Propolis has a reputation for being a powerful natural anti-inflammatory and is known since ancient Egypt for its therapeutic uses. In popular medicine, it is used to help various disorders, and recently, more research is being carried out around its pharmacological properties.
How is it taken?
Daily internal use in periods of 4-6 weeks. It can also be applied externally if needed. For internal use, have 30 drops 3 times a day in honey or mixed into 50 ml of water or milk.
Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance for consumption. For external use, apply tincture to the skin.
For washes and gargles, we recommend the diluted solution in boiled and cooled water in a ratio of 1:5. Not recommended for young children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people who are forbidden / restricted in drinking alcohol or who are allergic / hypersensitive to propolis / beekeeping products.
For children over 7 years of age, propolis tincture is administered as follows: 1 drop / kg body weight per day. Keep the tincture at room temperature, away from humidity and direct sunlight.
