Depression hits everyone at some point. Some people stay depressed indefinitely while others bounce back in almost no time. What’s the difference? There are many factors of course, but a common one is having something to look forward to, and also having a purpose. If you have a purpose and pursue it, then at the end of the day there is a often a sense of accomplishment… and THAT sense of accomplishment is an express elevator out of the hole of depression.
