If you find nettles on one of your favourite walks you can pluck the tops off to use in green juice and two new nettle tops will grow back. In this way, you can keep a nettle patch going as a food source most of the year. Nettles are not so good to eat after they flower and become tough but using this method you can have fresh nettle tops regularly.
I use this method to pick nettles without getting stung. It’s actually easy when you get into the swing of it!
