I began this in a slightly sceptical state of mind and have been surprised how much more even my moods have been. I’m also noticing that my sleep is improving and I’ve stopped waking in the early hours of the morning. Not sure whether the two things are connected. It would make sense if it brings hormones back into balance.

I persevered with this and definitely after a month my memory was noticeably better. I can remember phone numbers more easily and recall where I learned facts amuch more easily. I am happily continuing to use this. The more I hear about lion’s mane the more impressed I am. It apparently rejuvenates neural tissue.
