We are used to hearing that we should eat five portions of fruit and vegetables but what if this is a vast underestimate of the quantity we need to reach our full potential? Put in the context of humans as forest dwellers which we once were as a species, we might wonder how much fruit and vegetable material we originally consumed and the significance of this. Fruit and vegetables contain flavonoids which, in volume, are powerful aromatase inhibitors, in other words, they modulate our hormones in a beneficial way.

The research of primatologist Katherine Milton on the dietary ecology of primates, human ancestors and modern humans shows how much lower in important plant compounds our diet is now compared with ancestral diets and those of other primates. Studies by her on primate nutrition suggest we have lost more

than 95% of the complex plant chemicals and nutrients that fueled our development as human beings. If primates in the wild need these nutrients, does it not make sense that humans, with their highly complex neural systems, need them at least as much?

You can read more about Katherine Milton’s research in her papers on the subject.

One of noni’s active constituents is pro-xeronine which the body makes into xeronine. Xeronine is an important nutrient which tends to be lacking in the modern diet. By consuming noni we can redress this situation. One of xeronine’s functions is to allow better absorption of amino acids such as tryptophan which makes serotonin in the brain. So how does noni help with addictions?

In many plants, xeronine is stored for its nitrogen, clumped together with ‘molecular garbage’. The compounds formed are part of a class of compounds called alkaloids. Over 10,000 alkaloids are known to exist in various plants. These include nicotine, caffeine, cocaine, heroin and morphine. These alkaloids are completely inactive in the plant but because they resemble xeronine they are treated and accepted as xeronine by the proteins in our bodies. However our bodies adapt to these alkaloids by slightly changing the shape of the proteins so they will fit with the alkaloid being used rather than xeronine. Thus we become dependent on the alkaloid in question i.e. addicted. By using noni you can flood your body with xeronine, just like you originally flooded your body with the foreign alkaloid. By doing this you “re-addict” yourself to xeronine and you can avoid all of the problems of withdrawal.

Another very exciting application for xeronine is as a pain-reliever and an anaesthetic. Currently, the most powerful pain-relieving drugs are foreign alkaloids like morphine and codeine. We learned earlier that foreign alkaloids are nothing but counterfeits of xeronine made for storage by plants. Therefore, anything that these foreign alkaloids can do, xeronine can do better and more naturally. Xeronine acts as a supreme painkiller because it works with endorphins in the body to numb pain and produce feelings of euphoria.

Endorphins are the hormones that are responsible for producing good feelings in the body. They bind to certain proteins just like the xeronine does. When xeronine and an endorphin are bound to a protein, the xeronine channels the energy from the water into the endorphin and the endorphin creates a good feeling within you. Without xeronine, endorphins are useless.

Xeronine also stimulates the body but without the draining effects of counterfeit foreign alkaloids such as caffeine. The stimulative effects of xeronine could significantly improve athletic performance as well as increasing your ability to concentrate and think clearly.

Such a seemingly innocuous idea has dramatic ramifications. It not only explains a number of recently uncovered anomalies within the human mind, but also makes sense of the stories of human degeneration that are preserved in virtually all cultural myths and religions from around the world Both perspectives tell the same unexpected and shocking story – Humanity is suffering from a progressive neurological condition that has distorted our perception and altered our sense of self.

“The human brain, over a period of perhaps a million years, expanded at an increasingly rapid rate then, some 200,000 years ago, this expansion suddenly stopped. There is, to date, no plausible scientific explanation for either of these linked events.

Religious and mythic traditions of paradise inform us that we once lived in a benign state of perpetual wonder and joy but from this we regressed. The reasons for this are obscure. Do these apparently unrelated perspectives have something in common?”

A recent article by Tony Wright likens the situation to that of an aborted fetus,

https://www.childrenoftheforest.info/node/22

Again mythology tells the same story in a different way. The Hypostasis of the Archons states that

“A veil exists between the world above [Pleroma], and the realms that are below [Kenoma]; and shadow (haibe) came into being beneath the veil. Some of the shadow became matter, and was projected apart. And what Sophia created became a product in the matter, like an aborted fetus (houhai).”
– The Hypostasis of the Archons, 94: 5 – 15

Dr. David Spiegel, MD psychiatrist and PhD.

Huberman Lab Podcast #49

In this episode, Professor Huberman discusses fear and trauma, including the neural circuits involved in the “threat reflex” and how specific experiences and memories come to activate that system. He also discuss how our body is involved in trauma and fear. First, he describes the logic of fear mechanisms and how “top-down” processing– meaning connections from the parts of the brain that assign meaning to our feelings, are involved in fear and erasing fears and traumas. Then he discusses what successful fear and trauma treatment must include and consider various treatments for whether they meet that standard, such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Ketamine and other drug-assisted therapies and more. He also reviews new data on how 5 minutes per day of deliberate, self-imposed stress can erase fear and depression. And he reviews the role that social connection plays in erasing or maintaining fears by activating specific molecular pathways in the brain and body. Finally, he reviews supplementation with over-the-counter compounds for their effects on anxiety and fear and when to take them, if at all.

The final version of a presentation developed by Tony Wright over the last few years.
It was intended to provide some context for the disparate jigsaw pieces that Tony thinks fit together and tell the story of our symbiotic origins and our post symbiotic descent into delusion and madness.
Most importantly of all, it is a story that could if we so choose have a very different ending to the dystopian nightmare we are currently writing.

Why is it that so many of us just don’t feel quite right even when our health becomes good, and things are going as well as they could be expected to?

I asked this question many years ago and the search for the answers led me to some unexpected places.

To cut a long story short, since humans left the way of life that is biologically suited to our species, we have physically changed in the way our bodies, brains and neural systems are constructed. We are no longer built to the optimal design that is ultimately possible from our DNA.

One of the changes includes the reduction of pineal gland activity. This means we have a deficiency of melatonin and also of some very special chemicals – monoamine oxidase inhibitors (also known as MAOI’s) which are responsible for keeping brain chemicals at optimal levels.

Correcting these deficiencies is a key step you can take to improve the quality of your life. It helps the neural system to orchestrate healing and helps you to get into the mental states you would like to be in.

The first step is to move towards a modem day equivalent of the natural human biological diet.Primatologist Katherine Milton found that our nearest evolutionary primate cousins in the wild consume about 50 times more micronutrients than a human in modern civilisation. To build our neural systems to their optimal state we need ample undamaged (uncooked and unprocessed) fatty acids, amino acids and fruit compounds. The ideal way to obtain these is from raw fruit, soaked seeds, cold-pressed oils and salads plus smaller quantities of various other foods to complete our nutritional needs.

Even with a nutrient-rich living diet, it’s a good idea to boost the missing pineal chemicals.

I recommend the use of an infra-red lamp for about 20 minutes in the evening to naturally stimulate melatonin production. The ideal wavelengths are 700 to 1000 nm. Depending on your budget you can choose a high-powered model or, alternatively, you can get a simple version online for less than £30.

The simplest way to boost MAOI’s is to drink passionflower tea. This can be part of an energy drink or elixir with coconut oil, and healthy sweetener, exotic ingredients such as cacao and maca plus other health-enhancing herbs such as Brahmi.
